What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer Australia-wide delivery. Shipping times vary based on your location and whether the item is in stock. Standard delivery for small items takes 3-7 business days, while larger furniture pieces may take 7-14 business days depending on the courier schedule.
Do you offer a Click & Collect service?
Yes, Click & Collect is available at most Early Settler stores across Australia. Simply select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready for collection at your chosen showroom.
What is your return policy for furniture and homewares?
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, items can be returned within 30 days provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that custom orders and mattresses are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All our furniture and homewares come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Most of our structural furniture pieces include a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible payment options including Afterpay and Zip Pay, allowing you to style your home now and pay later.
How do I care for my timber and leather furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your pieces, avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. We recommend using specific timber oils or leather conditioners available in-store to protect the natural finish and prevent drying or cracking over time.
