Do you offer a Click & Collect service?

Yes, Click & Collect is available at most Early Settler stores across Australia. Simply select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready for collection at your chosen showroom.

What is your return policy for furniture and homewares?

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, items can be returned within 30 days provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that custom orders and mattresses are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All our furniture and homewares come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Most of our structural furniture pieces include a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
